Workona is a productivity browser extension that helps project workers organize their cloud-based work essentials in one place. Workspaces keep important project work close at hand, whether it is through tab management to document organization with notes and tasks, all within the browser.
As the only designer working closely with our small marketing team of 3 people, I am responsible for all of Workona’s marketing assets, from designing our homepage to illustrating social media graphics.

Nov 2019 to May 2022
When I joined the company, all I had to work with was an existing logo, color palette, font choice, and a working product. Being at an early-stage start up, we definitely pivot a lot. I like to think of all my assets to be pit stops on a roadtrip that leads to an overall brand identity. It was easy managing and reinforcing our brand standards since I am the only creative.

In efforts to educate users on how to use Workona, the VP of marketing and I worked hand in hand to create onboarding GIFs that were simplified vector interfaces that highlighted certain features. That led to creating our explainer video, where I came up with the storyboard while working with the content writer on the script, and then prepared all the vectors for animation.
