The Workona templates are resources for potential new users to get a head start on organizing their work, both old and new, using Workona. It showcases examples of how Workona can be applicable to users of different backgrounds. They range from different industries like design to engineering.
I created the templates page design and drew all of the header images for 31 templates that represented each role, as well as designed a gallery page that redirects all the individual templates.

As the first design project tasked to me after joining Workona, during the mids of redesigning our homepage, there was no clear design system quite yet minus the existing working header navigation. All I had to start with was our logo and color palette.
We knew the existing interface of the workspace sections had to be included to showcase example tabs organized. So I made the creative decision to have the illustrative header in black, a shade darker than the steel blue description section. I introduced character illustrations that worked with the background elements to represent each industry, and this was what introduced character illustration to the overall Workona brand, as Workona started as a consumer product and we want to show how people-friendly this productivity tool is.
